Upload Error Could Not Upload Attachment To ./files

with garland/minelli if i activate the favicon, the path to the favicon is not set correct and produces non valid html and breaks the upload. I had the following modules on in 4.7.3:attachment, filemanager and upload. I believe that if it were reading the local ini file, it would be changed to 8M in the phpinfo display.
