They tell scci to place the files in websites as local subfolders of the solution, and for http websites they create virtual folders in IIS pointing to the local folders (subfolders What is worse is that even Microsoft's own products have problems with Web Projects! Then the first time we open project from source control (when it builds sou file) it warns us of finding an existing website at the locaiton specified in solution. All source control meta datain the solution and project files should be relative to the solution location.

Recursive Gets done from .root folder are most of the times wrong. It is recommend that you restart the application as soon as possible. We then removed all the files and webs from IIS and from our hard drives (of course we had a backup) related to the Web Project.
