The KB article said to run the Internet and Email wizard to solve this on SBS but this did not, I had to do it manually!

I guess the "Bad Request" HTTP 400 syntax error was occuring because internally the server was connecting to the exchange-oma mailbox store without a host header and IIS didn't know where Event Id 1309 I am trying to get an account, without much luck since registration seems to be broken, on the http://www.webservertalk.com/ to thank the guy/gal personally!
